This quick and easy cream cheese and sour cream dip makes a wonderful base for your favorite dips. The ratio of sour cream to cream cheese is perfect for a velvety texture, but you can add more sour cream or milk if you prefer a thinner base. Stir in any toppings you like, such as fresh herbs, caramelized onions, crumbled feta, or smoked fish. The filling options are endless. Experiment and enjoy dipping chips, crackers, or raw vegetables into the dip.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
