- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley

- 1/4 tsp. dried dill

- Step 1
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the pistachios on high power for 1 minute to toast them. Let cool completely, about 10 minutes. Step 2
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, mayonnaise, and milk until smooth. Add the parsley, vinegar, garlic salt, onion powder, white pepper, salt, and dill. Stir in the pistachios. Step 3
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
