The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 tbsp. tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp. grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, plus extra for greasing the pan
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • You will need: 48-cup mini muffin pan

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a mini muffin tin with vegetable oil.
  2. Place tapioca flour, Asiago cheese, milk, vegetable oil, salt, garlic, and eggs in a food processor. Process for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each mini muffin cup. Bake for 12-14 minutes, then remove from the oven and let stand for 2 minutes.

    Remove the cheese buns from the pan and enjoy.

    Note

    This is a gluten-free diet recipe. For a sweeter version, omit the garlic and replace the cheese with 1 cup of chocolate.
