This flavorful, sophisticated smoked fish dip is the easiest appetizer to make, but the flavor is divine! Any smoked fish, whether salmon or mackerel, works well. Besides the fish, other vibrant ingredients give this dip its incredible flavor: Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, jalapeño peppers, onions, and celery, while the creamy base is made from softened cream cheese and a touch of sour cream. Serve the dip surrounded by crackers and fresh vegetables for dipping and enjoying.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

1/4 cup softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeño
1 tbsp finely chopped celery
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
4 drops of Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot sauce, such as Tabasco
110 g smoked fish
About 3 tablespoons sour cream
Crackers or fresh vegetables, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
