These miniature sandwiches are reminiscent of Venetian cicchetti, light appetizers typically served with a glass of wine or beer. Like all traditional tea sandwiches, these sandwiches are made with crustless white bread, and the fish salad filling is topped with capers, pickled pimento peppers, and fresh arugula for a more piquant and vibrant flavor.
