Ingredients:

  • 500 g of ready-made biscuit dough
  • 1 cup grated on a coarse grater Maasdam cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 220 g peeled boiled shrimp or any fish fillet
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel and cook the shrimp, coarsely grate the cheese, and finely chop the onion and dill. In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, shrimp, and dill.

  • Using a pastry bag, fill the cupcake liners halfway with batter, then make an indentation. Fill the liners to the brim with shrimp. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
