The Reuben Dip in a Bread Bowl is a rather interesting take on the American Reuben sandwich, named after grocer Reuben Kulakofsky, who invented it. The main ingredients of the Reuben sandwich—sauerkraut, beef, and Swiss cheese—are prepared as a hot dipping sauce and served in a bread bowl. Gather your closest friends around the table and serve this delicious appetizer, along with slices of toasted bread, crackers, and fresh vegetables, which everyone can dip into the bread bowl to their liking.
