Hawaiian Grilled Beef - A Detailed Recipe.

- 1 pineapple, peeled and sliced lengthwise

- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped mint leaves

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and water. Marinate the meat in this mixture overnight in the refrigerator, placing it in a plastic bag.
Preheat the grill to high. Thread the meat onto skewers. Grill over hot coals until desired doneness is achieved, about 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
Place the pineapple chunks on the grill. Grill on both sides until golden brown from the natural sugars and grill marks appear, about 2 minutes per side.
Place beef skewers on grilled pineapple pieces and garnish with mint.
