This Mac 'n' Cheese recipe creates a dense casserole that can be cut into neat bars and elegantly served on a plate. The creamy sauce, in addition to cream, includes four types of cheese and eggs, which thicken the entire casserole during baking. At the same time, the casserole remains tender and velvety. Cheddar, Muenster, provolone, and mozzarella cheeses add a unique texture and rich flavor. The top of the Mac 'n' Cheese is also sprinkled with grated cheddar, which turns into a delicious cheesy crust after baking.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 220 g of pasta
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing the pan
- 2 cups of low-fat cream
- 3 large eggs
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 2 cups grated cheddar (about 170 g)
- 1 cup grated Muenster (about 90 g)
- 1 cup grated provolone cheese (about 90 g)
- 0.5 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella (about 60 g)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and transfer the pasta to a medium bowl; add the butter and stir until completely melted.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, eggs, paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper until smooth. Add the pasta, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar, Muenster, provolone, and mozzarella; stir to combine.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar. Bake until bubbly around the edges and set, 30-35 minutes. Let cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
