Time: 15 min.
Complexity: easily

Treat yourself to delicious zucchini slices covered in a crispy cheese crust. Paired with a mayonnaise dipping sauce, they make a perfect appetizer for friendly get-togethers or a night watching the game. Plus, they're much healthier than more traditional chips or French fries. No need to peel the zucchini; simply slice them into equal-thickness slices, dip them in batter, roll them in a mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese, and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. For a refreshing sauce, mix the mayonnaise with chopped parsley and lemon juice to taste.
