Whisk 1 egg with 1/4 cup milk and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Mix 1 tbsp. panko breadcrumbs In another bowl, combine the mushrooms with 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley and the zest of half a lemon; season with salt and ground black pepper. Using a spoon, remove the membranes from the caps of the portabello mushrooms and cut into quarters. Place the slices in each bowl and fry in olive oil until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side, season with salt. Serve with lemon wedges.
