Grill the zucchini on a grill pan or over a charcoal grill, seasoning them with seasoned salt. This versatile seasoning will come in handy in many other dishes, too. Combine the ingredients and store in a tightly sealed jar. The zucchini will acquire a wonderful aroma of thyme and oregano. For a fuller, richer flavor, sprinkle crumbled feta on top. It pairs perfectly with juicy vegetables.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Seasoned salt

  • 0.5 cup coarse salt
  • 1.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1.5 tsp dried thyme

Grilled Zucchini

  • 3 medium zucchinis, ends trimmed, zucchini cut lengthwise to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
  • Olive oil, for greasing
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Seasoned salt: In a small bowl, combine salt, oregano and thyme and stir to combine.
