Learn how to peel, cut, and serve pineapple with this step-by-step guide.


Cut a whole unpeeled pineapple lengthwise into four pieces, cutting through the leaves and base.

Stand each quarter upright and cut out the center core.

Place each slice skin side down and slice into the flesh, stopping when you touch the skin.

Run a knife under the slices, just above the peel, to release the fruit. Serve the boats in their peels.
