Green Apple Martini

I always feel better the next day after drinking something strong before a party, and then water during (sparkling, not regular, for a little more punch). This apple-flavored cocktail, with its crisp, acid-green color, is something I call Kreptonite at home—it's something special.
I'm giving the quantities for one glass simply because it's best made one at a time, and you can make it for guests as needed. I wouldn't want to make it for a whole room of guests, but it's a wonderful way to unwind at the beginning of the evening for those just home from the office, tired after a long day of work.
Complexity: easily

This cocktail is quite strong, but so delicious that you simply can't stop drinking it. I must say, it's perfect for setting the right mood before that party you're planning to attend.

We recommend
Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a martini glass, combine vodka or gin with plenty of ice and add liqueur or syrup.
Slice the apple into wedges and remove the core completely. Make a horizontal cut at the bottom of the slice and place it over the rim of the glass.
