1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Peel, core, and slice the apples. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker bowl and stir. Cover and cook on low heat overnight, about 8-10 hours.
- Open the lid, stir, and taste. Add more spices or sugar if needed. Continue cooking for a few more hours, unopened, until the liquid has reduced and the applesauce is fully cooked. Pour into sterilized half-liter jars and refrigerate.
- Serve applesauce on hot rolls, toast, cookies, or just eat it straight from the jar when no one is watching!
