The best way to feed kids healthy carrots is to offer them delicious baby carrots! Kids love everything small in food, and they'll be thrilled with this fun side dish too. Baby carrots are simmered in a small amount of water with butter, sugar, and salt. Finally, reduce the water to coat the vegetables in a light, creamy sauce with a sweet flavor. Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish with holiday meats and poultry.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Fill a saucepan with 1 cm of water and add the baby carrots along with the butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat.
- Simmer for 7-8 minutes, remove the lid, and increase the heat to medium. Allow most of the water to evaporate within a couple of minutes. Stir the carrots into the sauce, season with salt to taste, and serve.
