What could be more delicious than pasta shells filled and completely coated in a gooey cheese sauce?! This macaroni and cheese is ready in just 15 minutes. Combine milk, butter, grated cheddar, and processed cheese in a saucepan, heat until the cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth, and it's ready. Stir in the cooked pasta and enjoy. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper for a piquant flavor. It's the perfect quick weeknight dinner that both adults and kids will love.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 450 g small shell pasta
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. grated cheddar jack
  • 220 g processed cheese, such as Velveeta, diced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat the milk and butter over medium heat. Add the grated and processed cheese and stir until completely melted. Stir in black pepper, salt, and seasoning salt. Drain the pasta and stir it into the cheese sauce. Serve immediately.
