The cheese sauce for this pasta is made with several types of cheese, including extra-sharp cheddar and Havarti, with the addition of beer and barbecue sauce. The flavor is rich and simply superb, and the large pasta shells, thanks to their shape, are literally filled with sauce. Kale adds healthy fiber to the dish. It's a perfect side dish for grilled meats.
