Meatloafs are like burgers, only even more delicious. Each guest receives their own individual mini-meatloaf, crusted on all sides and incredibly juicy and richly flavored inside. These meatloafs, in addition to ground beef, include caramelized onions and spices. Before placing the formed loaves in the oven, brush them with ketchup. The ketchup will caramelize during baking, giving the meatloafs a wonderful crust. To avoid overcooking them, strictly follow the cooking time in the recipe, or better yet, use an instant-read meat thermometer.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet. Add the onion, thyme, salt, and black pepper and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes, until the onion is translucent but not browned. Turn off the heat, stir in the Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, and tomato paste. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion mixture, breadcrumbs Add the eggs and lightly mix with a fork. Don't mash the mixture, otherwise the meatloaf will become dense.
- Divide the mixture into 6 portions (280-300 g each) and shape each portion into a small loaf on a baking sheet. Brush each meatloaf with about 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 150°F-160°F. Serve the meatloaf portions hot.
