Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cut the quince marmalade into 2.5 cm cubes and roll them in chopped almonds. Cut the cheese into 2.5 cm cubes.
- Thread a cube of quince marmalade onto a skewer, then a watercress leaf, followed by a cube of cheese. Place on a plate and serve.
