Mulled wine with Spanish wine - a detailed recipe.

1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 bottles (750 ml) Rioja (Spanish red wine)
- 1 tbsp. brandy
- 1 pack of frozen cherries
- 1 pack of frozen peaches
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup sugar syrup (see recipe below)
- Orange peel for decoration
Sugar syrup:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- Zest of 1 orange

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Set the slow cooker to HIGH and cook for 1 hour. Switch the slow cooker from heat to keep warm.
- Pour into glasses. Try to have some fruit in each glass. Garnish with orange peel.
SyrupCombine sugar, water, and zest in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.
