The best thing about this hot drink from Alton Brown is that it's made entirely in a percolator. This means you can pour yourself a cup of mulled wine with wine and orange zest straight from the teapot. Make a batch of this drink and let your guests help themselves, and they can have as many servings as they want.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.

- 3 long strips of lemon zest
- 3/4 cup honey
