Ingredients:

  • 20 thin slices of salami
  • 250 g softened cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 1 small jar pimento peppers, drained
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese and chives. Cut the chili peppers into pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the salami slices and fan them to form a wedge shape.

    Thread 2 hot pepper slices onto 2 skewers and pierce the salami to secure. Repeat with the remaining sausage.
  • Step 3
  • Cut the triangles in half and serve on a platter.
