Greek feta cheese, with its delicate texture, pairs beautifully with juicy fruits, offsetting their sweetness with its salty flavor and subtle tartness. Make a light appetizer by serving canapés of melon or watermelon cubes with feta cheese. Drizzle them with balsamic cream, which adds a tart and aromatic note, and serve with light spirits at a family celebration.
