Enjoy the delicious combination of sweet honeydew melon and peppery arugula in this juicy salad dressed with a light dressing of melon puree, fresh herbs, and mayonnaise. Feel free to use any fresh herbs you have on hand, such as parsley, mint, basil, or dill. It's the perfect summer side dish for grilled meats.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup melon pieces
  • 300 g of small arugula
  • 1/3 cup fresh herb mix

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Cut half a cantaloupe into small, thin slices. Whisk 1/2 cup of the cantaloupe pieces with 1/3 cup of the fresh herb mixture, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice; season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the dressing with 300 grams of small arugula and 1 cup of cantaloupe pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
