Italian gremolata is a simple yet delicious and aromatic condiment made with fresh ingredients. Traditionally, it consists of chopped parsley, garlic, and lemon zest, but you can add other ingredients to suit your taste. If you're making gremolata with vegetables, breadcrumbs are a great addition. They'll add heartiness and texture to the vegetables. Grill fresh asparagus and sprinkle with the gremolata and breadcrumbs. A unique side dish for meat or fish is ready!

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry 1/4 cup. breadcrumbs, 1 grated garlic clove and a pinch of salt. Add 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 tsp. lemon zest.
- 2 bunches of trimmed asparagus Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5–6 minutes until tender. Sprinkle the cooked asparagus with the breadcrumb mixture.
