Grill skewered cherry tomatoes and asparagus as a vegetable side dish for a meat dish. Quickly roasting improves the digestibility of vegetables while, unlike other cooking methods, preserving the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals. These vegetables pair perfectly with a sweet and tart sauce of mustard, honey, and horseradish, balanced by mint.
