A delicious and quick pasta with tomato sauce that requires no cooking. Prepare it by grating a ox heart tomato. It's very meaty, aromatic, and rich in flavor. Season the grated tomato with garlic and olive oil and add some heirloom tomatoes, which also have an excellent flavor. The tomato sauce is ready! All that's left to do is pour it over the finished pasta and sprinkle with basil. Since this dish has very few ingredients, make sure each one is of the highest quality.
