This super-easy Italian pasta is the perfect solution for a weeknight dinner when you want to treat your loved ones to a delicious meal without the hassle. The pasta and sauce are cooked together in one pot. Simply combine all the ingredients except the cheese and fresh basil and simmer until done. The pasta will be al dente, and the tomato sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and capers will thicken nicely. Use canned crushed tomatoes for the sauce, and you won't even have to peel or chop them. Serve the pasta as a vegetarian dish or pair it with any meat or cooked meatballs.
