A hearty country breakfast includes meat, eggs, and potatoes. For the meat base, choose a delicious trio of ham, bacon, and raw pork sausages. Sear everything on both sides and serve with fried eggs and crispy potatoes. For an even more interesting flavor, fry the ham in a honey glaze. To cut down on prep time, boil the potatoes the night before and fry them until crispy in the morning. This breakfast will be very filling, delicious, and will give you energy for the whole day.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon (15 g) butter over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the ham with honey, then sear until firm, about 1 1/2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet.
  2. Next, fry the sausage and bacon together. The sausage is ready when it's nicely browned, about 3 minutes per side; the bacon is ready when it's crispy, about 7-10 minutes per side. Remove from the pan. Drain off any excess fat, but don't wipe the pan clean.

  3. Add a second tablespoon of butter to the pan and melt. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry for 2 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Flip the eggs over and fry for another 45 seconds.
  4. Serve eggs, sausage, bacon and ham on a plate with crispy potatoes for breakfast.
  5. Crispy potatoes for breakfast:

Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender (but not falling apart), about 15 minutes. Drain and let the potatoes dry completely, then slice into wedges.
  6. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown and crispy, 10-15 minutes.
