Sweet potato wedges, grilled to delicious black grill marks, are much healthier than regular potatoes and make a great side dish for almost any meal, or they can be eaten as a snack with a dipping sauce. Before grilling, boil the potatoes until tender, then slice them into wedges and place them on the grill: this way, you'll be sure the sweet potato won't burn before it's cooked through. Chili powder adds a unique, piquant flavor, perfectly complementing the sweet potato's natural sweetness. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy.

Recipe:
Place 2 large sweet potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer until the potatoes are easily pierced with a knife, 25-35 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly, then slice into 1/2-inch-thick wedges.
Brush the sweet potato wedges with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with 1.5 teaspoons chili powder and a pinch of salt. Grill over medium-high heat, turning once, until grill marks appear, 2-5 minutes per side. Transfer the sweet potato wedges to a platter, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with flaky salt.
