This recipe makes delicious oven-baked potato wedges. They require just 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, and they turn out incredibly crispy. There's no need to peel the potatoes before baking. Wash them thoroughly, cut them into wedges, and toss them with a dressing of hot sauce and spices, traditional Cajun cuisine. Serve the cooked potatoes as a side dish with fish or meat, or enjoy them as a snack, dipping them in your favorite sauce.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, hot sauce, thyme, paprika, and cumin. Toss the potatoes with the dressing and arrange them in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Season the wedges with salt and black pepper and bake for 20 minutes, turning once.
