Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C, place baking sheet in oven.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise into eight wedges. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, and season with salt and pepper. - Place the potatoes on a preheated baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn them over and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
