We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 220°C.
  • Step 2
  • Take a potato and slice it from the top. You need to lay it on its side, making 0.3 cm wide cuts only along the sides. This will create an accordion-like appearance, leaving the back intact. You can secure the potato with a fork to avoid cutting it all the way through.
  • Step 3
  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of rosemary, and season with salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes, shaking the pan and tossing the contents. Arrange the potatoes and season between slices with additional salt, if needed.
  • Step 4
  • Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes, until the skin is golden brown.

Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of rosemary and serve.
