Spicy French Fries - A Detailed Recipe.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500 g potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
- 1/2 onion, cut into thin half rings
- 3 green onions, finely chopped diagonally
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. l. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp hot paprika
- 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
- Vegetable oil for deep-frying

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Fill a deep fryer or large saucepan with vegetable oil and heat to 180°C.
- Place the potatoes in the basket and slowly lower them into the hot oil until completely submerged. Fry in batches until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Place the potatoes on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and hot paprika in butter, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Add the crushed garlic clove and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the green onions and parsley, then add the French fries and toss to combine.
