Indian-style fried potatoes with green peas

For a simple Indian-inspired side dish, simply add green peas and Indian curry powder to fried potatoes. Once heated through, drizzle with plain yogurt and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. A perfect complement to fried chicken.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

- 800 g frozen frying potatoes
- 1 cup defrosted green peas
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine 1/4 cup plain yogurt, the zest of half a lime, and a pinch of salt; set aside. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook half the sliced red onion in 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon curry powder for 30 seconds.
- Add half an 800g bag of frozen diced potato fries and fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Stir in 1 cup defrosted green peas. Fry until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. Drizzle with yogurt.
