To make this quick and delicious gravy, you don't have to wait for a special occasion to use the rendered fat from roasting holiday meats. It's made with beef broth and a bouillon cube, which adds an even richer flavor. The gravy is thickened with cornstarch and complemented with heavy cream, which adds a subtle richness to its rich flavor. Simply combine all ingredients in a saucepan, simmer for a minute, and it's ready! Serve with mashed potatoes, meatloaf, or even French fries.
