Prepare a delicious and quick dinner on a baking sheet in just half an hour. You'll have everything in one dish: plenty of vegetables, meat, and Italian potato gnocchi. This recipe eliminates the need to cook the gnocchi separately. Simply toss them with grated Parmesan cheese, arrange them on top of the meat and vegetable ragout on the baking sheet, and grill them in the oven until they're covered in a crispy cheesy crust. Add a little fresh parsley, and you'll have a wonderful Mediterranean-style dinner that's perfect for a lazy weekend or midweek.
