This delicious and refreshing Mexican-style appetizer is ready in minutes. Simply drizzle cucumbers with lime juice and sprinkle with a chili pepper and salt mixture. Sprinkle the same spicy salt over roasted peanuts and serve next to the cucumbers. It's a great snack with both spirits and beer.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Slice 4 Kirby cucumbers into sticks and squirt with lime juice; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In a spice grinder, grind 5 dried arbol chiles and 4 dried guajillo chiles with 2 teaspoons salt (or combine 2 teaspoons ground arbol chiles and 4 tablespoons ground guajillo chiles with salt).
- Toss 1 cup of roasted peanuts with a pinch of seasoned salt. Sprinkle the cucumbers with seasoned salt and serve with the peanuts.
