This sour cream and avocado sauce is smooth and velvety, like cream, while fresh cilantro and lime infuse it with a rich, refreshing flavor. The sauce comes together in minutes. Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can let it sit in the refrigerator for a bit to allow the flavors to meld.
