Perfect cocoa isn't just about flavor, it's also about texture and consistency—silky, enveloping, and warming. To achieve this, dark chocolate is added to the milk in addition to cocoa powder, and the cocoa is simmered until it melts. The resulting drink is moderately thick and rich in flavor. Top your mug with mini marshmallows and enjoy on a cool winter evening.
