If you prefer sweet and sour marinades over spicy ones, you'll definitely love this Margarita marinade. Margarita lovers will especially love it. To make it easier, you can buy a ready-made Margarita mix, to which you only need to add tequila. But if you can't find one, try making your own by mixing the Margarita ingredients in your preferred proportions. Traditionally, this includes orange liqueur, lime or lemon juice, and a splash of simple syrup. Add tequila, cilantro, and chicken seasoning. Marinate the chicken breasts for an hour and grill them into small skewers. Drizzle with lime juice and serve with fresh arugula.
