Potato salad with celery - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 500 g of potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 tbsp. sliced ​​into rings chives or green onions
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, then peel and dice. Mix the potatoes with apple cider vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery, and onion. Add the mixture to the potatoes and stir. Season the potato salad with salt and pepper to taste.
