Grilled green onions and onions add a rich flavor to your potato salad. Combine chopped onions with boiled red potatoes in their skins and dress with a sour cream and horseradish dressing.   • 700 g red potatoes
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. l. curdled milk
  • 3 tbsp. horseradish

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Brush one thickly sliced ​​onion and one bunch of green onions with vegetable oil and season with salt. Grill, covered, until the onions are soft, about 2 minutes for the green onions and 10 minutes for the onions; finely chop.

  • Boil 700g of chopped red potatoes until tender, 10-15 minutes, drain and let cool.
