A simple recipe for delicious grilled chicken drumsticks using minimal spices. The key ingredient in this dish is sea salt and chipotle pepper, which imparts a delicious smoky flavor to everything cooked with it. Chicken drumsticks are rubbed with salt, black pepper, and crushed garlic and grilled. This makes a delicious and flavorful beer appetizer. Or serve the drumsticks with vegetables as a main course.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Crush the peppercorns with a mortar and pestle and transfer to a bowl. Add the salt and garlic and stir. Add the mixture to the bag with the chicken and drizzle with olive oil. Seal the bag and shake to coat all the drumsticks.
