Prepare turkey shashlik and serve it like a famous club sandwich: with bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayonnaise sauce. It's not only delicious but also practical, making it perfect for serving at a picnic without plates or utensils. Thread turkey pieces onto skewers, wrap them in thin slices of bacon, and grill until the bacon is crispy and the turkey is cooked through. Serve one skewer per serving on split buns with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a delicious mayonnaise sauce.
