This juicy and filling sub sandwich is filled to the brim with grilled mortadella, melted Muenster cheese, sweet fresh tomatoes, and crisp iceberg lettuce, while aioli mayonnaise sauce with olives and mustard adds a surprisingly piquant flavor. Cut it into convenient pieces and take it with you on the road for a snack at the next stop, where you'll be treated to the beauty of nature: a gentle river and swaying tree branches.
