This soup from Ree Drummond is the easiest soup imaginable to make! There's no washing, peeling, or chopping required. It's made using only canned goods from the pantry—several types of beans, corn, chili, tomatoes, and chili peppers—all poured into one pot along with the liquid and simmered until the flavors meld. According to Ree, you can use other canned vegetables of your choice, ensuring a unique soup every time. But the real secret is the eighth ingredient, which makes this soup truly amazing: processed cheese. Stir it in at the very end to completely melt the cheese, and enjoy!
