Make this spicy white beer rice with cilantro, garlic, green peas, and carrots for a festive side dish. It's aromatic, moist, and delicious. It's a perfect accompaniment to meat or poultry!

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a blender, combine 1 bunch of cilantro, 1/4 red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup of beer, 1 tbsp of coarse salt, and 1 tsp of cumin. Puree until smooth.
- Fry the mixture in a saucepan with a small amount of vegetable oil, stirring, until fragrant, for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of long-grain rice and stir. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir 1 cup of defrosted carrot and green pea mixture into the rice and let sit for 5 minutes.
