This cocktail, also known as the "Blushing Betty," combines the sweet and tart flavor of freshly squeezed grapefruit with the smoky note of bourbon. Just two ingredients and a sugar cube guarantee a stunningly complex flavor. Serve garnished with grapefruit zest.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
